Note: • Entry Test is being scheduled at 12 (Twelve) different centers for admission to undergraduate degree programs for the academic session, 2016-17 at main Campus Faisalabad, Sub Campuses at Toba Tek Singh and Burewala (Vehari). The test is one of the pre-requisites for seeking admission in any undergraduate degree programs.

Last date for receipt of Registration Form: Friday, March 25, 2016
Test date and reporting time: Sunday April 03, 2016 at 10.30 AM in Centre of choice (Bring clip board in addition to others indicated on back of Roll No. Slip)

Procedure for Registration

Registration is only through online method.
The completed Form in all respects should be submitted in the Centre where to be appeared for test, up to the last date.

Test Fee

Cash worth Rs.750/- be deposited in MCB Bank branch from all over Pakistan for Credit to "UAF Online Entry Test Fee, through TBD Account". Obtain online challan form from this site.

• Original proof of fee payment
• Two recent attested photographs of 1.5" x 2"
• Attested Copy of CNIC/B-Form

Minimum passing marks in Entry test

•  For admissions to programs offered by the faculty of Agri. Engineering and Techonology, DVM, Pharm-D -50%.
