The University has established Estate Management Department headed by the Principal Officer (Estate), comprising of Estate Officer, Chief Security Officer and Head Gardening Branch. All of the three wings of the Estate (Security, Sanitation and Gardening) work independently under their respective Heads. The main objective of this wing is to maintain law and order situation over the campus with fool proof security measures, maintain cleanliness/beautification at the campus with  its Sanitation and Gardening branch, maintain inventories of the residential colonies, facilitate the process of housing allotments and monitor/implement the SOPs for the residents.
