The ranking system, on making exceptional progress in SDG 13 – Climate action positioned UAF 77th global and 2nd best in the country out of 257 world universities. The overall ranking includes 462 universities from 76 nations, placed UAF at 201st at global and 2nd in the country level. The University of Agriculture, Faisalabad is known for teaching, learning and research, consistently ranked among the top 100 universities in the world. There are 17 United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and The Impact Ranking is evaluating university performance on 11 of them in first edition of the ranking in 2019. UAF Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Zafar Iqbal Randhawa while felicitating the faculty, staff and students urged them to work hard and make the university a model varsity of the country by putting more focus on paving the way for such a system that enables the students, staff and other stakeholders to fulfill their needs by an automated system without wasting time.
