The University of Agriculture Faisalabad and Punjab Institute of Agricultural Marketing Lahore on Friday inked a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate in the area of academia and research.

The MoU was duly signed by UAF Vice Chancellor Dr Muhammad Iqbal Zafar and PIAM Director Liaquat Ali Raza. Whereas, UAF External Linkages Director Dr Rasheed Ahmad, Dr Mubashar Mehdi, Dr Waseem Ahmad, Dr Burhan, and others also attended.
In the agreement, UAF will help in development of PIAM keeping in view the needs of modern agriculture marketing system. It will also facilitate the uplift of manuals for different courses offered at PIAM. They will also collaborate for different research studies, reports and surveys required for the improvement of agricultural marketing system. PIAM will facilitate UAF students/ interns in conducting the research in the agricultural marketing.
