One-day workshop titled video game development was arranged on Thursday at the University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF).
The workshop was organized by Young Development Corps, Office of Senior Tutor Office, UAF, on the directives of UAF Vice Chancellor Dr Muhammad Iqbal Zafar. It was held in collaboration with UNIAL Software House at Iqbal Auditorium. The workshop was presided over by Senior Tutor Dr Athar Javed while UNIAL CEO Muhammad Usman was the guest trainer. The workshop was meant to polish the skills of students about the game development. Talking to participants, Dr Athar Javed said that information technology had gained immense importance in the modern era. He added that IT sector was opening up new avenue of employment and helping poverty alleviation. Muhammad Usman stressed upon the youths to get skills of IT. He said that with game development, we can earn heavy foreign exchange. He educated the audidence about the tools of game development and the way to be skilled person. Young Development Corps President Muhammad Rizwan also spoke.
