As per result, in the category of crossbred cow, Ahsan Hashmi cow clinched the first position with weight of 1194 kg while Muhammad Husnain cow stood second with the weight of 1110 kilogram and Shiekh Waseem’s cow got the third position with 1040 kg.
In the category of Sahiwal breed, Hashim Ali’s cow clinched the first position with weight of 1102 kg while Shashma’s cow stood second with the weight of 930 kilogram and Ch Abdul Rehman’s cow got the third position with 900 kg. In the category of bull, Abdul Rehma Gull’s bull clinched the first position with weight of 980 kg while Muhammad Nawaz’s cow stood second with the weight of 935 kilogram and Fiaz Ahmad’s cow got the third position with 930 kg. In the goat weight, Ahsan Hashmi bagged the first position with 310 kg while Farrukh’s goat stood second with 308 kg and Farrukh’s goat from Gujrawala was at third with 306 kg. In the goat milk contest, Ilyas Gujjar animal stood first with 32 liter, Allahditta’s goat got second with 27 liter and Ilyas’s goat third with 27 kg. In the goat beauty, Akmal’s goat from Rahimyar Khan bagged first position, Jam Irfan from Rahimyar Khan got the second and Akmal’s goat from Rahimyar Khan stood third In the body beauty contest, Ghulam Fareed from Rajjan Pur bagged first position while Abid from Rahimyar Khan got the second position. Dr Muhammad Ashraf said event was meant to create interest among citizens and urge them to take care of their animals. He said that a number of the such events are organized at the campus in order to create the environment of competitions.
