All the departments, institutes of the faculty and allied disciplines offer post graduate degree programmes at masters as well as Ph.D. levels. Both the degree programmes are course work and research based at the end the scholer produces a thesis which is evaluated by external examiners. Thesis evaluation at Ph.D level is made with in the university as well as from highly technologically developed countries abroad. After a prescribed course work the student appears in written and oral comprehensive examinations. Their admissions are made through Directorate of Advanced Studies. The career opportunities available after graduation listed above are opened to them and due to improved education they are preferred.
