MISSION
The mission of the Quality Enhancement Cell, UAF is to improve the standard of education in the areas of agriculture, veterinary sciences, agricultural engineering alongwith alllied fields and to integrate the concept of quality assurance in UAF with enhanced levels of international compatibility through capacity building. To elevate the UAF as top class University of the world on the basis of academic, research and institutional excellence that provide prominent faculty, curricula, extra-curriculum & supporting facilities and high level learning & research environment in the light of global developments and modern age requirements.

 OBJECTIVES

• To enhance the capacity building and standards of quality education in UAF
• To build the capacity of UAF to meet the rising global challenges and improve levels of international compatibility and competitiveness of UAF graduates through a systematic capacity building program
• To analyze and review the quality standards by auditing academic standards and quality of teaching, learning and management in each subject area
• To provide guidance in the development and implementation of internal and external quality assurance procedures and practices
• To ensure that quality of academic programs at UAF to meet the standards expected by all stakeholders
• To ensure that graduates have attained skills and knowledge through academic programs that is valued by stakeholders
• To facilitate development of a culture of continuous quality improvement to achieve academic excellence and ethical values
• To organize training, workshops / seminars for faculty on the subject of quality in higher learning and to implement and disseminate that acquired knowledge into learning environment of the instituion
• To ensure quality education at the UAF under the umbrella of Quality Assurance Agency, Higher Education Commission
• To promote public confidence in the quality education / research being carried out at UAF
• To conduct students awareness seminars / workshops at UAF
