Institute of Dairy Sciences - Overview

Fifty years back (1961) Punjab Agriculture College, in Lyallpur was raised to the status of West Pakistan Agriculture University. Faculty of Animal Husbandry was established the same year. Since that time Livestock Management has been an important constituent and an integral part of Agri UAF. Now the Department of Livestock Management has been upgraded as Institute of Dairy Sciences on Jan, 2015.
